Looking for a dependable, reliable commercial cleaner for recurring cleaning.
Stuart - 1 cleaning per week. Fridays at (around) 3 pm. Retail showroom and offices, bathrooms. High-end building.
Standard SOW. Vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep and mop hard surfaces, empty trash, wipe surfaces, etc.
Most important qualification is RELIABILITY! I'm looking for the same cleaning team to show up every week when scheduled.
This position can be 1099 or W2, whichever is preferred.
