Job DescriptionMBnB Concierge Cleaners is a five-star cleaning company specializing in short-term rental and Airbnb turnovers. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians who understand the importance of efficiency, consistency, and presentation in creating an exceptional guest experience.
No prior professional cleaning experience required. We are looking for dependable individuals who are willing to learn, follow detailed procedures, and maintain our quality standards.
- Job Type: Part-time, W-2 employment
- Starting Pay: $15/hour, with opportunities for increases after the probationary period
- Expected Hours: 10 to 20 per week, with additional hours potentially available during peak seasons
- Weekday and weekend availability required. Sunday availability is mandatory.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform high-quality cleanings for Airbnb and short-term rental properties
- Follow detailed checklists and meet established quality and time standards
- Complete hotel-style bed making, bedding tucking, and towel folding
- Prepare guest-ready spaces including towels, dining table layouts, and welcome baskets as requested
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Remove trash and report maintenance issues, property damage, or supply shortages
- Submit required photos and complete digital checklists using company mobile apps
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication with management
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation: Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle to travel between properties
- Availability: Must be available for both weekday and weekend shifts, including Sundays
- Communication: Must maintain reliable communication with management, respond promptly to work-related messages, and communicate scheduling changes or concerns
- Technology: Working smartphone with sufficient storage for scheduling, checklists, and photo documentation
- Attention to detail: Ability to follow instructions, maintain consistent cleaning standards, and complete required documentation
- Time management: Ability to work efficiently, meet scheduled cleaning deadlines, and manage assigned responsibilities
- Physical ability: Ability to perform active cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting supplies, and working at a steady pace, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate occasional last-minute assignments based on booking demand, when available.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience: Previous experience in residential, Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or hospitality cleaning
- Platforms: Familiarity with Turno, Breezeway, Guesty, or similar short-term rental management platforms
- Product Usage: Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and proper cleaning techniques
