Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a stable schedule and opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience is required.
- Welding certification is preferred or required (depending on experience).
- Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Training:
- Company training will be provided to familiarize new hires with company processes and equipment.
