We're hiring a Roving Leasing Associate that is dedicated, personable, and passionate about helping people find their perfect homesSchedule: Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pmLocation: Seattle, Bothell, Sammamish, Enumclaw, Auburn, Puyallup, Olympia, Bremerton, Port OrchardWhat We Require:A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.Computer literacyValid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insuranceA high school diploma or equivalentProficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferableYardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.YieldstarKnowledge of Fair Housing LawsRoving requires the ability to travel to all TPS properties.What You'll Do:Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments.Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied.Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience.Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community.Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction.Learn a Little About Us: Tarragon Property ServicesTarragon Property Services is a leading company in the property management industry, with a strong focus on providing exceptional services.
