Location: Charleston, SC
Join a leading aerospace manufacturing company specializing in aircraft structural assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering and product data within the Configuration Management System.
- Maintain BOMs, parts, assemblies, and product structures.
- Control engineering documentation, revision management, and product records.
- Catalog materials, standards part within the system.
- Support and coordinate engineering change processes (ECR/ECO).
- Lead Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities and generate reports and metrics.
- Ensure configuration integrity and compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Provide support and training to system users.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Configuration Management or Engineering Data Management.
- Experience with configuration management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
