This Is More Than a Support Role
You'll be the calm, knowledgeable voice agents turn to when a deal gets complicated, a contract question stumps them, or they just need someone who knows what they're doing to walk them through it. One day you might help an agent navigate a tricky negotiation. The next, you're teaching someone brand new how to list their first property on the MLS. Every single day, you're the difference between an agent who's stressed and stuck, and one who feels supported and confident.
If you love the feeling of someone saying "thank you, I couldn't have figured that out without you," this is your role.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Answering calls, chats, emails, and walking agents through real-world transaction challenges in person. Helping with MLS listings, contracts, forms, negotiations, and conflict resolution. Becoming the go-to person agents trust when things get complicated.
Who Thrives Here
You've got a few years of real estate experience (6-10 transactions or more) or solid operations experience supporting agents and brokers. You don't need a fancy certification or designation. What you do need is patience, a genuine desire to teach and help, and a heart that lights up when you help someone succeed. Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Zendesk, and CRM platforms? Even better.
The Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Work from our Pompano Beach HQ (preferred) or fully remote available in certain circumstances.
