An established multifamily company is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager for a 328-unit community in San Antonio.
We're looking for:
- 5 years or more multifamily management experience
- Demonstrated success with rent collections and delinquency follow-up
- Leasing and marketing ability
- Excellent organization, time management and resident service
- Working knowledge of property management software (Yardi preferred; comparable platforms considered)
