Pay: $61,360–$70,200 per year, based on experience
Join a family-owned company that's been growing since 1934. As our Advanced Multi Craft Maintenance Technician, you'll repair, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment throughout an automated processing facility — keeping things running safely and reliably.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and keep accurate records
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including PLCs and control circuitry
- Inspect and maintain motors, belts, air cylinders, solenoid valves, and other components
- Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed
- Maintain boilers and the wastewater pretreatment system, including required testing and safety checks
- Lubricate equipment per procedure and assist with emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and collaborate across departments
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical background troubleshooting industrial equipment
- Working knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, boilers, and welding
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and stand up to 7 hours per shift
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule
