ComResource is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Retail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop moderate to complex computer system test plans and test cases
- Create test automation scripts and run automation suites in Ruby
- Use data comparison and validation tools such as Postman and Ruby Cucumber
- Translate technical specifications into non-technical business language
- Identify, define, and quantify problems, and collect and interpret data to resolve them
- Reason through and resolve defects
- Communicate clearly with internal and external customers, following proper rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style
Essentials:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing on moderate to large multi-platform environments in Salesforce
- 8+ years of programming experience with Salesforce
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance
- Understanding of functional, integration, data, and/or security testing disciplines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate technical specifications into non-technical business language
- Experience developing moderate to complex computer system test plans and test cases
- Ability to create test automation scripts and run automation suites in Ruby
- Knowledge of data comparison and validation tools such as Postman and Ruby Cucumber
- Experience identifying, defining, and quantifying problems, collecting or interpreting data, and applying reasoning skills to defect resolution
- Vitest knowledge
- JavaScript
- API knowledge
- Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)
Desired:
- Salesforce Admin certification
- Salesforce Developer I certification
- Experience with a comparable retail banking or financial services platform (see note)
- Microsoft Azure knowledge
- CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- 2–4 years of automation experience
