Beloved Ones Supervising Facility Manger Duty Statement (Competency)
Beloved Ones Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, that
provides 24 hr. care to youth/NMDs. The facility is located in California City, CA. 93505.
Job Summary
The Supervising Facility Manager is responsible for overall management of the facility day-to-day
operations that they are assigned to within Beloved Ones STRTP.
Responsibilities
• Supports BOSTRTP mission, vision, philosophies and goals
• Adheres to the requirements and regulations as set forth by the Title 22, the latest Interim Licensing .
Standards, COSS, Community Care Licensing
• Adheres to all current federal state laws, as well as to Beloved Ones; Policies and Procedures, including the
safeguarding of confidential healthcare information and compliance with the Health Insurance Portability
Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• Reports immediately any suspected incidents of child abuse or neglect by following all Mandated
Reporting guidelines.
• Reports all incidents, minor and serious, provides updates to mental health staff, CFTs, and/or
administrator
• Attends scheduled meetings as required
• Completes other duties as directed by the Program Administrator, or designee
Duties:
• Supervising direct care staff and ensuring appropriate care and supervision is provided to children in
accordance to law, licensing regulations, and BOSTRTP & policies.
• Managing all aspects of the facility and train staff to ensure compliance of house rules/procedures
• Have weekly meetings with all house staff, set agendas for meetings, and ensure minutes are taken
