Job Description

DataStaff, Inc. is in need of a Configuration Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.

\n

* This position is hybrid; 2 days/week are onsite

\n


\n

Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Assist with provisioning and troubleshooting user accounts/issues associated with North Carolina Identity Management (NCID) in production and training environments for PATH NC.
  • \n

  • Assist users with understanding multifactor authentication (MFA) and assist with confirming each user has successfully enrolled in MFA.
  • \n

  • Work closely with state and county systems administrators via the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system.
  • \n

  • Assist with granting access to users so they can export reports from PATH NC.
  • \n

  • Ability to research, analyze and interpret automated system issues
  • \n

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral and written form with staff at all levels using excellent telephone etiquette and skills.
  • \n

Required Skills:

\n

    \n
  • 3 Years - Experience and knowledge of browser-based applications.
  • \n

  • 5 Years- Experience researching, analyzing and interpreting automated system problems.
  • \n

  • 1 Year - Experience working in an Application/Production Support-based (not hardware) help desk environment.
  • \n

Desired Skills:

\n

    \n
  • 1 Year - Broad knowledge of the PATH NC application and functionality.
  • \n

  • 1 Year - Experience working with NC Identity Management (NCID) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • \n
