We are looking for a Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will handle apartment turnovers, routine property upkeep, and general repairs to ensure our community stays safe and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>

Apartment Turnovers: Perform cleaning, painting, and minor repairs to prep units for new residents.
</li>
<li>
General Maintenance: Handle basic carpentry, light plumbing (e.g., fixture replacements), and very minor electrical repairs.
</li>
<li>
Grounds &amp; Safety: Maintain common areas, perform landscaping, handle snow removal as needed, and conduct routine safety inspections.
</li>
<li>
Communication: Report larger maintenance issues to management promptly.
</li>
</ul>
Schedule &amp; Compensation
<ul>
<li>
Pay: $26 / hour
</li>
<li>
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
</li>
<li>
On-Call Rotation: 1 week out of every 3 weeks (includes being on-call for snow removal as needed)
