Title: Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Shift :2nd Shift
Compensation: 85K-90K

Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and oversee the repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and schedule hourly maintenance personnel, including overtime and on-call coverage.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and facility systems.
• Manage maintenance work orders, spare parts, inventory, and CMMS activities.
• Support installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
• Coordinate contractors and facility maintenance projects.
• Drive downtime reduction, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, machine guarding, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience or related experience.
• Previous maintenance supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, electrical controls, and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance/CMMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
