The ideal candidate will have a strong background in termite control and related fields. As a Termite Technician, you will be responsible for applying treatments, and educating clients on prevention methods.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite activity and damage.
- Apply appropriate termite control treatments using various hand tools and power tools.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to clients effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and offering preventative advice.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote termite control services and generate new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, termite control techniques, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in termite control
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage clients and promote services effectively.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Having a termite license to treat is highly preferred!
