USA Rare Earth is on a mission to power the green energy and tech revolution—and we’re looking for a Project Manager – Site & Infrastructure to lead key development efforts at our Round Top Project (El Paso Texas).
💡 What you’ll do:
- Lead critical infrastructure workstreams (roads, utilities, water systems, civil works)
- Manage contractors, schedules, budgets, and project delivery
- Partner across engineering, permitting, and field teams
- Drive progress toward major project milestones & DFS objectives
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years in project management (infrastructure, energy, mining, or heavy civil)
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management
- Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Willingness to travel (~50%)
