We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and proactive leasing professional to support day-to-day leasing operations and help create a positive experience for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will serve as a welcoming first point of contact, guide applicants through the leasing process, and contribute to occupancy goals through exceptional service, follow-up, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents and provide a professional, friendly touring and leasing experience.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Present available homes, community amenities, pricing, and lease terms clearly and accurately.
  • Assist applicants with lease applications, screening requirements, and lease document preparation.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the leasing process to support conversion and occupancy goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of traffic, guest cards, applications, and leasing activity.
  • Support resident retention efforts by delivering responsive service and addressing concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and related leasing paperwork with internal teams as needed.
  • Stay informed on community offerings, market trends, and competitive properties.
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Comfortable using property management software, Microsoft Office, and related systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Positive attitude and genuine commitment to helping others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and prospects.
  • Flexibility to support community needs, including occasional evenings or weekends as required.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic, team-oriented work environment.
  • Opportunities to develop customer service, sales, and property management skills.
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact on resident satisfaction and community success.

We are committed to providing an inclusive and respectful workplace where team members can thrive. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for service, and take pride in helping others find their next home, we encourage you to apply.
