<p>Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Property Maintenance Handyman here in Eastern NC! This position is Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5PM, 25-40 hours. Pay rate can range from $17-$20/hour.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Tasks include:</strong>

<li>Repairs</li>
<li>Conducting routine inspections of systems</li>
<li>Painting</li>
<li>Plumbing</li>
<li>Project Work</li>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong>
<ul>
<li>At least 2+ years of experience</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Preferably your own work tools</li>
</ul>
