Position Overview
We are looking for a Sanitation and Custodial Associate to join our client's warehouse team in the Walford area. You will help keep the facility clean, safe, and organized every day while building a long-term career path. This is a secure position with consistent daytime hours, full-time work, and real opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, dust, mop, and scrub floors across warehouse and office areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, storage racks, and common spaces.
- Empty all trash receptacles and remove waste daily.
- Clear snow and ice from outdoor walkways and entrances.
- Assist with facility upkeep tasks and special projects like painting.
- Follow all company safety rules around active forklift traffic.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse cleaning experience
- Proven job longevity on your resume
- Ability to pass a physical, background check, and drug test
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stoop, walk, and bend comfortably during the shift
