Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing patient areas, common spaces, and equipment

Conduct trash and recyclable removal, and replace liners and supplies as needed

Restock and maintain inventory of linens, toiletries, and other essential supplies

Assist with snow removal, shoveling, and other outdoor maintenance tasks as needed

Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient operation of the facility

Participate in special projects and events to enhance the overall patient experience
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
