We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Genesys Cloud to join our team in SNO, TX. This is a hybrid role that requires a dedicated and independent problem solver who can integrate seamlessly with our existing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust Genesys Cloud solutions.
- Create comprehensive dashboards using Genesys Cloud Monitoring (GCM).
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with AWS and other platforms as needed.
- Work independently to identify and solve complex problems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud.
- Proficient in programming and dashboard creation.
- Experience with integration between Genesys Cloud and AWS.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
