Job Description Facility and Building Maintenance &nbsp; Cleaning and sanitation: &nbsp;Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the showroom, waiting areas, and administrative offices. Clean and restock restrooms daily. Help in file room with moving file boxes. &nbsp; Trash and debris removal:&nbsp;Empty wastebaskets, clear cardboard and recycling, and keep the property free of litter and hazard items.&nbsp; &nbsp; Light repairs:&nbsp;Perform minor facility fixes, change light bulbs, touch up paint, or report major plumbing and electrical issues to management. &nbsp; Grounds keeping: Maintain outdoor areas, shovel snow or salt walkways in winter, pull weeds, and sweep parking aprons.
