Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Front-End Web Developer / UI/UX professional to support the day-to-day management and enhancement of a high-volume e-commerce website. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing website content, products, promotions, and customer experiences within a CMS or e-commerce platform such as Magento, Shopify, or Demandware.
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day front-end website content and updates.

Maintain product information, promotions, landing pages, and other e-commerce content.

Work within Magento, Shopify, Demandware, or another comparable CMS/e-commerce platform.

Support website updates across a large product catalog of approximately 7,000 SKUs.

Coordinate website content and promotional changes according to business schedules and product launches.

Partner with an external Magento/SI vendor to manage website enhancements and ongoing development needs.

Collaborate on landing-page, conversion, and customer-experience initiatives.

Support customer experience projects such as loyalty programs, checkout improvements, and promotional experiences.

Use HTML and JavaScript for front-end updates and troubleshooting.

Run basic data processes and perform light SQL queries as needed.

Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website activity and customer behavior.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure website content and functionality meet business needs.

Help identify opportunities to improve the overall e-commerce customer experience.
Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with HTML and JavaScript.

Experience working with a CMS or e-commerce platform, preferably Magento, Shopify, or Demandware.

Experience working with products, SKUs, catalogs, or e-commerce content.

Understanding of e-commerce website content management and promotional updates.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Basic SQL knowledge.

Ability to run and manage basic data processes.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively with third-party technology vendors.

Comfortable working onsite in Weymouth, MA three days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
