Our client in Laredo Texas is seeking a Leasing Agent to join their team Short Term 3-4 weeks .The ideal candidate will have Great phone etiquette, experience in Customer Service and Computer Skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
- Greet, tour, and qualify prospective residents
- Explain lease terms, pricing, floor plans, and community amenities
- Process rental applications, credit/background checks, and lease paperwork
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and availability
What’s Needed?
- Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, property management systems)
