Job Description
Our client, a global financial and technology firm, is looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale transformation in its Procurement function. You’ll join a collaborative Program Management Office and work with Procurement, Finance, Technology and Operations to deliver critical SAP and procure-to-pay initiatives.

This is an execution-focused role. The right person likes working in the details: building and owning project plans, tracking milestones, KPIs and budgets, and keeping complex projects on schedule.

What you’ll do

- Manage multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through implementation, go-live and post-launch support
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies and deliverables
- Track and report project KPIs, status and business outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Identify risks, issues and roadblocks early and drive them to resolution
- Set up project governance, and run working sessions, governance meetings and executive updates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Finance, Technology and Operations
- Work with Agile/Scrum teams to fit project management into sprint-based delivery, and use Waterfall where it fits
- Support change management, testing, implementation and post-launch activities
