We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodian to maintain cleanliness and organization at a commercial laundry linen facility.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash throughout the facility.
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom materials as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and proper chemical-handling guidelines.
- Assist with general cleaning duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies or trash as required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced laundry facility.
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Work Environment: Commercial laundry and linen facility.
