Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible second-shift hours between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (No weekends!)

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
As a vital part of our local cleaning team, you will handle routine janitorial tasks to ensure our clients' facilities stay safe, sanitized, and looking professional. Your nightly routine will include:

Sanitize & Refresh: Deep clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surface areas.

Floor Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout assigned facility areas.

Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and keep spaces organized.

Inventory & Supplies: Restock essential items (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) and report low stock or maintenance needs to your supervisor.

Safety Standards: Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Zero janitorial experience? No problem! We hire for attitude, reliability, and work ethic-we will train you on the rest.

Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Transit: Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites in Midland.

Work Style: Strong time management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Physical Stamina: Comfortably stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift.

Experience: Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
