Leasing Consultant – Fort Myers, FL 33908
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Fort Myers, FL.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous multifamily/apartment leasing experience</li>
<li>Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience required</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred</li>
<li>Must be available to work weekends</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Professional, reliable, and organized</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist prospective and current residents</li>
<li>Conduct property tours</li>
<li>Process applications and leasing paperwork</li>
<li>Assist with resident questions and concerns</li>
<li>Follow up with prospective residents</li>
<li>Maintain accurate resident and leasing records</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Tax Credit requirements</li>
<li>Support the property management team with daily leasing activities</li>
