We are hiring an Apartment Make Ready Technician for a multifamily apartment community in Apollo Beach, FL. This full-time role focuses on preparing vacant units for new residents and supporting overall property appearance.
Responsibilities:

Complete unit turn tasks: cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and punch-list items.
</li>
<li>
Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes as needed.

Support the maintenance team with common-area upkeep and curb appeal.

Document work orders and follow up to ensure units are ready on schedule.

Qualifications:

Experience in apartment make ready, maintenance, or related construction/handyman work preferred.

Ability to use basic hand tools and safely perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule.
