Job Description
Solutions Architect, Enterprise AI Platforms | Remote
\n
Most AI projects stall at the same point: moving from a promising demo to something a regulated enterprise will actually trust. This role exists to solve that problem.
\n
\n
Connectly Recruiting is partnering with a boutique technology consulting firm to find a Solutions Architect who will own the architecture for an enterprise AI platform built for a highly regulated environment. You'll design how AI agents make recommendations, how those recommendations are approved, and how every decision is recorded and auditable. It's a greenfield build with real ownership of the technical direction from day one.
\n
\n
What you'll do
\n
- \n
- Own end-to-end architecture for an AI governance platform and the agents that connect to it
- Design clear separation between what AI recommends, who approves it, and what gets executed
- Integrate with enterprise systems of record (ERP, EAM, CRM) through existing middleware, identity providers, and cloud infrastructure
- Define a stable integration standard that every current and future agent will use
- Set standards for audit, observability, and configuration governance
- Lead architecture reviews and represent the solution to executive stakeholders and architecture review boards
- Mentor a cross-functional team of platform, ML, and full-stack engineers

- Strong integration experience with enterprise systems via middleware or ESB patterns
- Identity and access expertise (Entra ID, workload identity, OPA, Cedar, or similar)
- Working knowledge of LLM integration, AI agent design, and multi-agent orchestration
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX ITGC, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, NIST AI RMF, or ISO 42001
- Solid grasp of observability and audit patterns, including OpenTelemetry and immutable audit records
