Lofton Staffing Services is hiring a dependable Custodian to maintain cleanliness across multiple buildings. If you take pride in a clean, safe work environment and have commercial cleaning experience, we'd like to hear from you.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform general cleaning and maintenance throughout assigned buildings</li>
<li>Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors</li>
<li>Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms</li>
<li>Clean up spills and maintain safe walkways</li>
<li>Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables</li>
<li>Keep cleaning equipment clean and in working condition</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience</li>
<li>Experience stripping and maintaining floors</li>
<li>Comfortable using standard cleaning equipment and tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical/supply use</li>
<li>Able to wear required PPE</li>
<li>CMMS experience preferred, or willingness to learn</li>
<li>Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check</li>
