Are you dependable, hands-on, and someone who takes pride in getting things done right? Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – The Salas Team is looking for a Courier – Maintenance Technician to support our team, properties, and daily operations.
You’ll keep materials where they need to be, help maintain properties and company assets, and handle essential tasks that keep our agents and operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, resourceful, and enjoy a role where every day brings something different, this could be the opportunity for you.
Compensation:
$14 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Install and remove property signage and conduct routine property checks.
- Manage key control and vehicle/asset upkeep
- Deliver and pick up keys, lockboxes, signs, documents, supplies, and company materials.
- Provide operational support to the PM team and log inventory
- Minor property maintenance
Success at 6 months:
- Reliable task completion, accurate inventory logs, high on-time delivery rate
Tools you’ll use: Mobile property apps, basic MS Office/Google Suite, Company vehicle provided for tasks
Qualifications:
What you’ll bring (must-haves):
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable lifting approximately 15 lbs.
- Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior courier or property support experience
