About the Role
\n
We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to run Salesforce revenue implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients. You'll be the primary point of contact on each engagement, owning scope, schedule, budget, and the conversations that come with all three.
\n
\n
This is a consulting role first. Our client is a remote Salesforce consulting partner focused on quote-to-cash and billing for recurring-revenue businesses, and their PMs carry real accountability for client outcomes, not just status reports. Travel to client sites happens when it makes sense and will likely pick up as the client base grows.

What You'll Do

- Own scope, schedule, budget, and communication alongside the client's project manager
- Manage delivery day to day: risks, issues, change orders, and executive escalations when needed
- Run discovery sessions and requirements workshops
- Lead and mentor project team members, including other PMs
- Help build out PM standards, templates, and repeatable practices
- Support change management and user adoption so the system actually gets used after go-live
- Balance shared resources across projects and keep forecasts current

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 7+ years managing Salesforce projects in a consulting environment
- Comfortable handling risk and difficult conversations directly with clients
- Solid understanding of B2B and B2C revenue lifecycles (contract, quote, order, billing), data migrations, and integrations
- Experience running both waterfall and agile projects
- Able to sustain roughly 85% utilization across one to three concurrent projects
- Clear writer, clear speaker, and confident presenting to client leadership
- Nice to have: Scrum Master or PMP certification, and experience with Salesforce reporting, Jira, Smartsheet, Slack, or Google Workspace
