Location: Indianapolis, IN 46202
Start Date: August 1, 2026 (Training may begin a few days prior to the official start date.)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Job Summary
Clean Team Inc. is excited to launch a new account in Indianapolis and is hiring three dependable
Commercial Cleaners to join our evening team. This position is based at an elementary school and offers
the opportunity to be part of a new team from the very beginning.
As a Commercial Cleaner, you will help create a clean, safe, and healthy learning environment for
students, teachers, staff, and visitors. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play an
important role in ensuring classrooms and common areas are ready for each school day.

Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
Empty trash and replace liners
Clean and disinfect desks, doors, and other high-touch surfaces
Replenish restroom supplies as needed
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain cleaning equipment and report supply or maintenance needs
Complete assigned responsibilities thoroughly and efficiently
Qualifications
Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable transportation
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand throughout the shift
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
Drug screening and customer-specific requirements may apply at certain facilities
