<p>Roles and Responsibilities: The Top Tower Hand will be the lead man on the tower and assist the tower foreman with day to day tasks.</p>
<ul>
<li>New Site Builds</li>
<li>Tower MODs</li>
<li>Inspections / Tower Mapping</li>
<li>MW install / Maintenance</li>
<li>Fiber Splicing</li>
<li>Daily status updates to management team</li>
</ul>
<p><br>Experience and Education</p>
<ul>
<li>2-3 year tower Climbing experience</li>
<li>Anritsu certified (preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to read / understand blueprints</li>
<li>Knowledge of standard knots and rigging practices</li>
</ul>
