The Position… \n

The Analyst’s primary responsibility consists of providing support on customer-facing projects, conducting defined information security research and documentation, and assisting with internal information security goals. The Analyst must possess the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This role offers potential opportunities to learn from senior cybersecurity services team members, allowing for a deeper understanding of the security landscape, learning how to analyze risk levels, and identifying potential risks K logix customers face every day.

You, Will, Need To…

\n

• Take notes, review documentation, and support senior staff with the development of reports and other collateral for K logix customers

\n

• Conduct focused security research and present results to K logix team members.

\n

• Administer various technologies to support K logix projects such as threat tracking, vendor risk management, and other tools.

You Should Have… \n

• Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude

\n

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

\n

• General knowledge of Info/Cyber Security.

\n

• Experience working in a professional environment

\n

• Knowledge of Windows, MAC operating systems, O365, and Security software.

\n

• Experience with frameworks and security protocols: MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/42001, CIS Controls, NIST 800-53

\n

• Emerging cyber threats, risks, and countermeasures, including insider threat, behavioral analytics, KPIs/KROs, IoT, risk-based adaptive authentication, AI, UEBA, supply chain compromise, etc.

\n

• Cybersecurity technologies and services: SIEM, CASB, AV/EDR, MFA, IAM/iDAM, risk assessments, threat mapping, penetration testing, etc.

Education… \n

• Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity or Computer Information Systems (required).

• Cybersecurity certifications (a plus)
