We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take the lead at a smaller residential community with fewer than 60 units.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships with residents, and having a real impact on the community they manage.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a community with fewer than 60 units.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and address their needs and concerns.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and maintenance activities.
- Support and oversee onsite staff as needed.
- Assist with leasing, resident retention, and overall property performance.
- Maintain property records, reports, and administrative responsibilities.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

- \n
- Previous Property Manager experience required.
- Tax Credit (LIHTC) knowledge preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who is independent, resourceful, and takes initiative.
- Comfortable handling multiple aspects of property operations.
- A positive, professional approach to working with residents and vendors.
