The Job: Technical Operations Specialist
We are currently recruiting an entry-level Technical Operations Specialist to join a growing team in an overnight position. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are detail-oriented, enjoy working with technology, and have a natural ability to notice things that others might miss.
In this role, you'll monitor video systems, identify technical issues, and help ensure equipment is functioning and positioned correctly. You'll spend much of your time reviewing visual information, investigating inconsistencies, and troubleshooting problems to maintain system accuracy and reliability. Previous professional technical experience is not required, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, gaming, or other activities that require focus, precision, and problem solving.
What You Will Be Doing As A Technical Operations Specialist
- Monitor video systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning and positioned correctly
- Review live video feeds to identify technical issues, visual inconsistencies, or equipment concerns
- Pay close attention to small details that may impact system performance or accuracy
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and determine when additional support is needed
- Verify camera positioning, visibility, and image quality according to established guidelines
- Identify and document equipment issues, irregularities, or changes that require attention
- Follow established procedures to investigate problems and help maintain system reliability
- Maintain accurate records of findings, troubleshooting steps, and completed tasks
- Communicate technical concerns and updates to appropriate team members
- Work independently while maintaining a high level of focus and accuracy throughout overnight shifts
- Learn new systems, software, and troubleshooting procedures through ongoing training
- Support additional technical monitoring and operational responsibilities as needed

- Focus: Comfortable spending extended periods reviewing information and completing tasks that require concentration and precision
- Dependability: Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently while following established procedures
- Organization: Able to accurately document findings, track issues, and manage responsibilities throughout a shift
- Persistence: Willing to investigate small issues, follow through on troubleshooting steps, and ensure problems are properly addressed
Requirements To Be An Operations & Warehouse Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be willing and available to work overnight shifts on a consistent basis
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
- Comfortable learning new technology, computer systems, and troubleshooting procedures
