About the Role
\n
Join our Quality team to support Hyundai and Kia vehicle diagnostic systems, vehicle communication specifications, and local IT projects. You'll help deploy and validate diagnostic systems, support new vehicle verification activities, and collaborate with manufacturing facilities across North and South America.

\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Provide technical support for vehicle diagnostic systems and local IT projects
- Support deployment and testing of diagnostic systems for Hyundai and Kia vehicles
- Assist with validation of diagnostic systems and local IT projects
- Support verification of production and pre-production vehicles at Hyundai and Kia factories across the Americas
- Provide technical support for vehicle communication specifications
- Support new vehicle validation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

What You'll Need

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have

- Bachelor's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
- US citizenship (preferred for port entry)

\n
\n
Work Environment

- Standard office environment
- Occasional evening/weekend work may be required
- Travel to Hyundai and Kia factories across North and South America may be required

Compensation & Benefits

- $50,000–$60,000/year (based on experience, qualifications, and fit)
