Job overview:
- Perform general property maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs.
- Complete preventative maintenance, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment while using hand and power tools to keep properties in excellent condition.
