Asset Manager - Condominium Property

Job Description

Basel Capital USA is a real estate investment and development company with condominium projects across the United States and Canada. We are seeking an experienced, Chinese-speaking Asset Manager based in Bellevue, Washington, to oversee condominium property operations and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, repairs, and property condition.

\n

• Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial and operational reports.

\n

• Coordinate with property management teams, contractors, vendors, and the homeowners association.

\n

• Respond to owner and resident concerns and ensure timely follow-up.

\n

• Review service contracts and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.

\n

• Plan and oversee capital improvements and building maintenance projects.

\n

• Communicate with Chinese-speaking owners, investors, and other stakeholders.

\n

• Work with Basel Capital’s leadership to protect and enhance the property’s long-term value.

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• At least three years of relevant experience in real estate asset management, property management, or condominium building management.

\n

• Proficiency in spoken Chinese and English sufficient for professional communication.

\n

• Experience with condominium operations, HOA coordination, budgeting, and vendor management.

\n

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

\n

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

\n

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software.

\n

• Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Bellevue/Greater Seattle area.
