Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician – 1st Shift $28 to $35+ DOE
Currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility.
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience working in an industrial environment, and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Repair and replace components as needed
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
• Assist with facility maintenance and improvement projects
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical documents
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, or electrical systems is a plus
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
