Compensation: $38.00 HR ( W2)
Shift: Administrative 8hrs shift | - with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours coverage

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Experience of at least 10 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, including a minimum of 5 years in Quality
- Strong experience in Quality and Compliance, regulatory audits, validation, characterization and automation reports
- Strong experience in reviewing and approving deviations, critical utilities, and environmental monitoring trend reports
- Advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
- Expertise in data trending, evaluation, and working independently across various levels
- Can effectively interact with regulatory agencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
What’s a typical day as Specialist QA? You’ll be:
- Reviewing and approving product manufacturing procedures (MPs) and validation protocols
- Approving process validation reports for manufacturing processes
- Participating on incident triage teams and approving environmental characterization reports
- Leading investigations, site audits, and representing QA on new product introduction teams
- Owning site quality program procedures and acting as designee for the QA manager
- Reviewing risk assessments and supporting automation, facilities, and environmental programs
- Approving work orders, EMS/BMS alarms, non-conformance investigations, and CAPA records
- Approving change controls, providing lot disposition, and authorizing lots for shipment
