We are looking for L1 Support Technicians to support a large-scale thin-client upgrade and deployment project across healthcare facilities.

\n
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Windows 10/11, desktop support, and hardware troubleshooting
- Thin-client deployment, OS upgrades, and Wyse Management Suite (WMS)
- Windows 11 Persistent VDI configuration
- Basic networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and Wi-Fi
- ServiceNow HAM and IT asset management
- Device replacement, configuration, and deployment documentation
- Willingness to travel between assigned sites in Nebraska and Iowa
