In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and improve systems while mentoring others and influencing architectural decisions.
What You’ll Do

- Contribute to architecture discussions and help define engineering standards and best practices.
- Review code, provide thoughtful feedback, and support continuous improvement in code quality.
- Mentor engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, security, and developer experience.
- Drive delivery on complex initiatives from concept through implementation and support.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation efforts as needed.

- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and modern development practices.
- Experience influencing technical decisions and working effectively across teams and functions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with sound judgment.
- Experience with code reviews, testing strategies, debugging, and production support.
