Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
On-call availability required.
Job Summary
LJ’s Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily janitorial operations while working alongside the cleaning team. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting employees, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily janitorial operations
- Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
- Conduct inspections to maintain cleaning standards
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling employees
- Communicate with clients and corporate management
- Perform janitorial duties alongside the team as needed
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- 2+ years of janitorial or facility maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, including email and reports
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be available for full-time work and on-call duties
