Título: Técnico de Mantenimiento de Hotel

Pago: $22.00 por hora

Buscamos un Técnico de Mantenimiento para Hotel responsable de asegurar que las instalaciones del hotel se mantengan en excelentes condiciones, brindando un ambiente seguro, funcional y agradable para nuestros huéspedes. Esta posición se enfoca principalmente en labores de mantenimiento general dentro de la propiedad, incluyendo plomería, pintura y reparaciones básicas en habitaciones y áreas comunes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar inspecciones rutinarias en habitaciones, áreas públicas y zonas operativas del hotel.
  • Ejecutar trabajos de plomería básica (reparación de fugas, destape de drenajes, cambio de llaves y sanitarios).
  • Realizar trabajos de pintura, retoques y mantenimiento de paredes, techos y áreas comunes.
  • Atender órdenes de trabajo relacionadas con reparaciones dentro de la propiedad (puertas, cerraduras, mobiliario, drywall, pisos, etc.).
  • Llevar a cabo mantenimiento preventivo en habitaciones y áreas comunes para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las instalaciones.
  • Apoyar en tareas básicas de electricidad y sistemas de climatización cuando sea necesario.
  • Responder oportunamente a solicitudes de mantenimiento reportadas por el personal o los huéspedes.

Requisitos:

  • Turnos disponibles: 7:00am-3:30pm & 3:00pm-11:30pm
  • Experiencia previa en mantenimiento general de edificios, preferiblemente en hotelería.

We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Hotel Maintenance to ensure our property remains in excellent condition, providing a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for our guests. This position focuses primarily on general property maintenance, including plumbing, painting, and repairs within guest rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
  • Complete basic plumbing tasks (repairing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing faucets and toilets).
  • Perform painting work, touch-ups, and upkeep of walls, ceilings, and common areas.
  • Respond to work orders involving general repairs within the property (doors, locks, furniture, drywall, flooring, etc.).
  • Conduct preventative maintenance in guest rooms and shared spaces to ensure proper functionality.
  • Assist with minor electrical and HVAC-related tasks as needed.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.

Requirements:

  • Availability shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm & 3:00pm-11:30pm
  • Previous experience in building maintenance, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, and general repair work.
