NOW HIRING: A family-owned manufacturer's representative company that specializes in the engineering, sales, and distribution of HVAC, hydronic, and plumbing equipment is seeking a Commercial Technical Services Associate (Jr Level)

Location: Suffolk County

Salary Range: $70k-$85K (depending upon experience

Medical/Dental/Vision insurance

Sick/Personal/Vacation Time

Hours: 8am-5pm

Must have:

• 4-year degree in Technical/Engineering
• 1-2 years' experience in a Customer Support, Project Management, Engineering or Service role, in the HVAC and Plumbing industry is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC and Plumbing systems is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and pay attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Must be reliable and punctual
