Qualifications for Leasing Agent
- Previous leasing experience
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent in-person customer service skills
Responsibilities for Leasing Agent
- Create and maintain tenant records
- Show available properties to prospective tenants
- Complete required new lease documents
- Answer phone inquiries
- Interact with the public
- Provide a high level of customer service
