Job DescriptionA Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of a property including maximizing property occupancy and revenue through effective leasing.

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Manager to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience.

What You’ll Do:

Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features.

Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.

Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.

Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.

Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends.

Ensure the office and community present a welcoming, professional environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).

At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience (required).

Strong communication and organizational skills.
