Role Description
\n
\n
Interns support live and prospective transactions by building and updating financial models, conducting market and company research, and assisting with due diligence on founder-led software and AI businesses. Day-to-day tasks include building AI tools and systems to help prepare pitch materials and client presentations, analyzing industry trends and comparable companies, and maintaining internal deal tracking and data rooms. Additionally, there a large of the job will be working on new client sourcing initiatives and helping build out the client origination systems at the firm. This role is designed for individuals seeking rigorous analytical and technical training and exposure to fast-paced M&A transactions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Passion for AI tooling and systems design
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques relevant to investment banking.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Advanced technical skills; familiarity with AI agents, financial databases, and analytical tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated interest in software, AI, and technology-driven business models
